Tracee Stanley E-RYT has been studying yoga and meditation for over 17 years. She endeavors to offer an understanding of yogic principles and practices that will help people to live more expansive and fulfilled lives, allowing them to harness energy and develop the tools necessary to empower their own transformation and manifest their intentions.
She has been teaching in the Para Yoga style since 2001 when she met her teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker and was initiated by him to the Sri Vidya lineage. Known for her compassionate and thoughtful approach, she offers spiritual solutions sourced from ancient and authentic traditions for real world problems through her Sankalpa Shakti Vinyasa- the Yoga of Willpower and Intention
Tracee has appeared in many international magazines and is featured in Yoga Journal’s Yoga As Medicine by Dr Timothy McCall. She has collaborated with leading spiritual teacher Marianne Williamson, teaching yoga at A Course in Weight Loss retreats nationwide and is the co-founder of Yogi2goTM. She teaches workshops and retreats internationally and has joined the weekend faculty at OMEGA for 2013 and will be teaching at Esalen, Bhaktifest and Moksha Festival later this year.
She is forever grateful to all of the teachers that have profoundly influenced her teaching and experience of yoga including her first hatha yoga teacher Bryan Kest. Having been certified as an Anusara-Inspired teacher in 2007 she continues to use the Universal Principles of Alignment in all of her teaching. Master teachers Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Yogi Bhajan, Mark Whitwell, Guru Singh, Desiree Rumbaugh and Gary Kraftstow have all been influential in Tracee’s yoga journey and education.
